COVID-19 Cancellations: amid the ongoing uncertainty of COVID-19, we have modified our cancellation policy to offer greater flexibility. I hope this will alleviate any stress and hesitation you have about an upcoming appointment. If you need to reschedule for whatever reason, and especially if you are feeling unwell, I understand and request for you to please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule - there will be no penalties for late cancellations.

Due to COVID-19, We have procedures in place to enable us to keep our therapists, clients and clinic safe and hygienic during this time:
- All public areas will be deep cleaned morning and night and high touch areas will be disinfected after each appointment such as door handles, hand rails, toilet handles/sinks, card machines
- Massage tables will be disinfected after each client
- Therapy rooms will be disinfected after each client
- Clean towels and sheets for every client
- Rooms will be aired in between clients
- Therapist hands sanitised before and after each client
- Client water will not be offered at this time
- Disposable paper towel will be used for hand drying by therapists and clients
- Masks will be worn by both clients and therapists whilst in the building
- Hands of clients sanitised before entering the building - use gel provided
- Clients will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms before each appointment
- Cash payments are discouraged. Please use the contactless card system when possible or pay online when you book.
